I am an osteopath with a five-year professional diploma, specializing in integrated neuro-osteopathy, with a focus on neuroanatomy, neurology, pain medicine, and craniosacral and visceral osteopathy. I have expertise in massage therapy, kinesiotaping, and instrumental therapies. I am currently specializing in pediatric and women's osteopathy, integrating the FSC method for developing brain potential. I also teach yoga with a functional and inclusive approach, specializing in Hatha, Yin Yoga, and Neuroyoga.

- INITIAL OSTEOPATHIC CONSULTATION: anamnesis interview, initial assessment, and establishment of treatment and care plan. - OSTEOPATHIC TREATMENT: follow-up treatments as part of the care plan.

- OSTEOPATHIC MENSTRUAL AND PELVIC CONSULTATION: for menstrual and pelvic well-being, using an external and integrated approach, without internal examinations, to assess one's cyclicality, introduce supportive tools and habits, and provide referrals to pelvic health professionals if necessary.

The first session is dedicated to listening and osteopathic assessment. I begin with a brief anamnesis interview to understand the person's history and the reason for the visit, in an atmosphere of respect and non-judgment. This is followed by a general osteopathic assessment, useful for identifying areas of tension, potential dysfunctions, and to rule out situations outside the scope of osteopathic practice. If time permits, we proceed with an initial treatment. I do not define a fixed number of sessions: each body has its own pace, and the goal is always to foster autonomy and awareness. Sometimes I suggest exercises or breathing practices, and when necessary, I consult with other professionals involved in the care plan. Values: Authenticity, as a sincere presence, genuine listening, and a space where one can show up as they are, without masks. Multidisciplinarity, because I believe in the richness of integrating different skills, languages, and approaches. Collaboration with health professionals, both medical and non-medical, to offer coherent, respectful, and shared care plans. Non-judgment and inclusion, to welcome each person in their uniqueness, respecting their history, their body, and their feelings. I believe in movement and breathing as tools for expression, listening, and awareness. I am inspired by the principles of yoga and osteopathy, not only in practice but as an integrated vision of the body and person, in continuous dialogue between inside and out.
