I studied Food Sciences and Human Nutrition at the Campus Biomedico University of Rome. Following my studies, I specialized in nutrition for women at all stages of life through training courses and clinical experience. I follow patients of childbearing age in good health or with gynecological or metabolic problems (endometriosis, PCOS, vulvodynia, insulin resistance, DM2). I also deal with nutritional programs during pregnancy and breastfeeding or in case of gestational diabetes. Finally, I follow patients during menopause for the prevention of problems that may arise: increased visceral adiposity, dyslipidemia, hypertension or insulin resistance.
The first meeting consists of an accurate clinical interview that serves to understand the patient's state of health. Then the anthropometric parameters (weight, height and body circumferences) are taken and the bioimpedance examination is carried out to determine lean mass, body fat and body hydration. Finally, we define the objectives of the course and a specific nutritional plan will be delivered to achieve our health goals.
