I studied Food Science and Human Nutrition at the Campus Bio-Medico University of Rome. Following my studies, I specialized in women's nutrition throughout all life stages through training courses and clinical experience. I work with patients of reproductive age who are in good health or have gynecological or metabolic issues (endometriosis, PCOS, vulvodynia, insulin resistance, Type 2 Diabetes). I also provide nutritional guidance during pregnancy and breastfeeding, or in cases of gestational diabetes. Finally, I support patients during menopause to prevent potential issues such as increased visceral adiposity, dyslipidemia, hypertension, or insulin resistance.
The first appointment involves a thorough clinical interview to understand the patient's health status. Subsequently, anthropometric measurements (weight, height, and body circumferences) are taken, and a bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) is performed to determine lean mass, body fat, and body hydration. Finally, we define the goals of the program, and a specific nutritional plan will be provided to achieve our health objectives.
Values: Listening, empathy, and personalization.
