I will ask you to tell me about your experiences, the symptoms you have noticed and how they affect your daily and/or sports life. We will have a chat to evaluate together your general state of health and the situation of your pelvic floor, without judgment or pressure. I'll explain to you how the pelvic floor works, why there might be a dysfunction, and how we can work together to manage it. At the end of the first meeting, I will give you an idea of the path we could take: the goals we could achieve together, the first exercises to do or any practical indications to improve your well-being.
