
Eva in Rosso is an association of multidisciplinary professionals that helps you better understand the menstrual cycle and related phenomena, offering comprehensive and multidisciplinary support for your body's well-being and its changes. During a consultation, you will receive personalized and effective assistance that may include targeted insights to answer your questions and doubts, personalized support programs, and guidance towards the most suitable medical professionals. The goal is to help you better understand yourself, gaining greater awareness of your mind-body system to develop confidence and autonomy in managing daily situations.
Our first meeting will be an opportunity for us to get acquainted: the professional will ask you specific questions and answer yours, with the aim of understanding your needs and together identifying the best path to meet them.

Creator and project manager of the first podcast on the menstrual cycle in Italy and of the Menstrual Cycle Festival. With a background in humanities, followed by an entrepreneurial venture in fashion design, she identified the vast 'blue ocean' of menstrual health. Always driven by a desire to give back and create social impact, she found the perfect field in menstrual education and awareness. In 2023, she trained as a menstrual educator to connect directly with beneficiaries, identify their diverse needs, and develop new services.

Counselor and trainer in personal growth and female empowerment programs for adults and adolescents. All my exploration is guided by the question 'Who am I?' and a deep spiritual calling. I have explored the profound meaning of being a woman and being human, across cultures, in relationships, in sexuality, and the interplay between instinct and the divine. Through this journey, I have come to understand and teach the essence and the liberating power of our cyclical nature.

In her work, she supports women through all stages of their lives, assisting them during the changes inherent in female cyclicity. A midwifery graduate in 2007 and originally from Tuscany, she moved to Milan in 2012 to work at the 'La Via Lattea' Maternity Home. There, she specialized in guiding couples through their journey to parenthood with continuous, personalized support, adopting a bio-psycho-social approach to these life events. Over the years, she has attended various specialization courses. Since December 2024, she has been working at ASST Nord Milano in the Cinisello Balsamo Family Counseling Center.

She graduated in midwifery in 2013 from the University of Milan.
She continued her training in the field of sexuality, obtaining the title of Sexual Counselor from the Italian Association of Sexology and Applied Psychology in 2014, and in the field of midwifery for women with Multiple Sclerosis and disabilities, earning a Master's Degree in Nursing and Midwifery Sciences in 2017.
Since 2014, she has been a freelance family and community midwife in the Milan and Bergamo areas, specializing in gender health and perinatal health. Since 2018, she has also been a pelvic floor rehabilitation midwife.
She conducts sexuality education courses in schools of all levels.
