Info

I graduated from the University of Florence, where I currently practice my profession at the La Mia Ostetrica association.

I have a background in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and I specialized in Tuina massage for pregnancy and pediatric Tuina for newborns and children, with courses and seminars at the Florence School of Acupuncture, where I have also been a lecturer for the Master in Integrated Obstetrics since 2019.Specifically, using Tuina massage and other complementary techniques such as moxibustion, cupping, or the plum blossom hammer, I treat issues that can arise for women during pregnancy, breech presentation, provide natural labor stimulation, and support breastfeeding and postpartum problems (e.g., C-section scars).

In recent years, I have specialized in menstrual health with specific training – PNEI of the menstrual cycle – and with TCM, through which I address menstrual cycle regulation, both for optimal well-being and for potential pregnancy planning, supporting fertility.

Special attention is given to working on the gut microbiota whenever I work with women, whether during pregnancy, postpartum, or for menstrual cycle and fertility issues.

In my midwifery practice, I also use Bach flower remedies when there is a need to rebalance a woman's emotional state, at any stage of her life.

At the La Mia Ostetrica association, I hold prenatal and postnatal pregnancy Yoga classes, always with a careful midwifery perspective, and courses for menstrual health, in addition to midwifery consultations for every physiological stage of a child's growth.
