Psychologist, Psychotherapist, PhD in Clinical Psychology, specialized in neuropsychological assessments and evaluations.
My values: walking together with the patient towards achieving the new balance, to build together a path of change.
I studied Food Sciences and Human Nutrition at the Campus Biomedico University of Rome. Following my studies, I specialized in nutrition for women at all stages of life through training courses and clinical experience. I follow patients of childbearing age in good health or with gynecological or metabolic problems (endometriosis, PCOS, vulvodynia, insulin resistance, DM2). I also deal with nutritional programs during pregnancy and breastfeeding or in case of gestational diabetes. Finally, I follow patients during menopause for the prevention of problems that may arise: increased visceral adiposity, dyslipidemia, hypertension or insulin resistance.
The first meeting consists of an accurate clinical interview that serves to understand the patient's state of health. Then the anthropometric parameters (weight, height and body circumferences) are taken and the bioimpedance examination is carried out to determine lean mass, body fat and body hydration. Finally, we define the objectives of the course and a specific nutritional plan will be delivered to achieve our health goals.
Values: Listening, empathy and personalization.
Psychologist and Clinical Sexologist, I offer online and in-studio consultations for psychological and sexual well-being, with a welcoming, inclusive and judgment-free approach. The first meeting includes a cognitive consultation where we will take the anamnesis, with reception and understanding of what the person is wearing.
Values: Empathy, inclusion, suspension of judgment, well-being.
My figure is hybrid: I was born as a teacher of Literature in high schools, and after eight years of experience in class I began to train as an Educator in sexuality and relationships. Since then, I have been carrying out continuous training and teaching courses at the school where I teach and in other institutions.
After a first contact, we can design together a course for a group of teenagers (at school or in any place of youth gathering) that meets the specific needs of the individual group, both with regard to the themes and the methods of holding the meeting.
I believe in inclusivity and respect for self-determination in the sphere of sexuality; I am encouraged by the will to build an equal, respectful, empathetic and just society.
I am an osteopath with a five-year professional diploma, specialized in integrated neuro-osteopathy, with a focus on neuroanatomy, neurology, pain medicine and cranio-sacral and visceral osteopathy. I have skills in massage therapy, kinesiotaping and instrumental therapies. I am specializing in pediatric and female osteopathy, integrating the FSC method for the development of cerebropotentiality. I also teach yoga with a functional and inclusive approach, specializing in hatha, yin yoga and neuroyoga.
SERVICES OFFERED:
- FIRST OSTEOPATHIC VISIT: anamnestic interview, first evaluation and setting of the treatment and the course. - OSTEOPATHIC TREATMENT: follow-up treatments of the course.
- MENSTRUAL AND PELVIC CONSULTATION IN THE OSTEOPATHIC FIELD: for menstrual and pelvic well-being, with an external and integrated approach, without internal visits, for an assessment of one's cyclicity, the introduction of tools and support habits, and possible referral to professionals in the pelvic area, if necessary.
- YOGA LESSONS with a functional and accessible approach. Online and in person. Options for yoga lessons: -ONLINE -BERGAMO- Centro Filorosso via Tremana 13 -Milano-Bulb Body&Mind Darsena via Alessi 4/6 and Bulb Body&Mind Buenos Aires via Tadino 26A
The first meeting is dedicated to osteopathic listening and evaluation. I begin with a brief anamnestic interview, to understand the person's history and the reason for the visit, in an atmosphere of respect and not judgment. A general osteopathic evaluation follows, useful for identifying areas of tension, possible dysfunctions and for excluding situations not of osteopathic competence. If there is time, a first treatment is continued. I do not define a fixed number of sessions: each body has its own times, and the goal is always to promote autonomy and awareness. Sometimes I propose breathing exercises or practices, and when necessary I compare myself with others or other professionals involved in the journey. Values: Authenticity, such as sincere presence, real listening and a space where you can show yourself as you are, without masks. Multidisciplinarity, because I believe in the richness of the integration between different skills, languages and approaches. Collaboration with health professionals, in the medical field and beyond, to offer consistent, respectful and shared paths. Not judgment and inclusion, to welcome each person in their uniqueness, with respect for their history, their body, their feelings. I believe in movement and breathing as tools for expression, listening and awareness. I am inspired by the principles of yoga and osteopathy, not only in practice, but as an integrated vision of the body and the person, in continuous dialogue between inside and outside.

I am a gestaltic-oriented psychologist and psychotherapist and clinical sexologist. I deal with individual and couple psychotherapy, clinical sexology.
I graduated in Psychology from the University of Palermo with a thesis on the psychological consequences of separation on children.
I attended the Graduate School in Gestalt Psychotherapy obtained at the Gestalt Institute H.C.C. Italy in Palermo.
I obtained the title of Clinical sexologist at the IRF (International Institute of Sexology - Institute for Research and Training) in Florence.
I integrated my training with systemic-relational training (in particular the Milan Approach and Interpersonal Psychoanalysis) by attending a Master in Counseling and Couples Therapy and another course on EFT (Enotional Focus Therapy)
I have deepened the body aspect in therapy through various courses: Dance/movement therapy, theoretical-clinical course on the body in Gestalt Therapy, Bioenergetics, sensorimotor psychotherapy.
I graduated from the University of Florence where I still work at the association My Midwife.
I am committed to offering women at every stage of their lives and families personalized assistance to accompany them during menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth and birth, the postpartum period and breastfeeding, with visits to the clinic or home as needed.
I have a background in Traditional Chinese Medicine, I specialized in Tuina massage for pregnancy and pediatric Tuina massage for babies and children, with courses and seminars at the School of Acupuncture in Florence, where I am also a teacher of the Master of Integrated Obstetrics from
2019. In particular, with the Tuina massage and with other complementary techniques such as moxibustion, cupping or the use of the plum blossom hammer, I treat disorders that may occur to pregnant women, breech presentation of the child, I perform natural stimulations at childbirth and support breastfeeding and problems in the postpartum period (for example caesarean section scars).
In recent years I have specialized in the field of menstrual health with specific formations -PNEI of the menstrual cycle- and with TCM with which I make adjustments to the menstrual cycle, both to live it to the fullest and for a possible search for a pregnancy, supporting fertility.
The work on the intestinal microbiota deserves special attention every time I approach working with women, whether pregnant, postpartum or for the menstrual cycle and fertility.
In my obstetric practice, I also use Bach flowers, in cases where it is necessary to rebalance a woman's emotional aspect, at every stage of her life.
At the association La Mia Midwife I hold Yoga courses in pre-pregnancy and post-partum, always with a careful obstetric eye and courses for menstrual health, in addition to obstetric advice for every physiological step in a child's growth.
I am therefore in charge of:
I am a psychologist and behavior analyst and I am completing my training in integrated strategic psychotherapy at the “Scupsis” graduate school in Rome. I specialized in autism spectrum disorders and ABA therapy both in Rome and in London where I lived for 7 years and where I worked both in the clinical environment and in the home and school settings. Today I live and work in Rome where I practice both in study and online with adults, young adults and adolescents and I carry out supervisory activities both in Italian and in international schools, working both in Italian and in English. I am part of the team of psychologists and activists of the “Italy needs sex education” project, disseminating content and participating in meetings and debates on the importance of sex-affective education and how necessary it is to include it in schools in our country. In my work with children and with the developmental age group, I use illustrated books and books a lot as a clinical element, especially when I carry out workshops on emotions and on sexual-affective education.
I am Alessia Baretta, PhD in Bioengineering, graduated in Psychology, Yoga Teacher and Sex Educator, with a deep interest in the link between body, awareness and well-being. Through trauma-informed yoga, I help people rediscover authentic self-listening, creating safe and inclusive spaces where movement becomes a tool for exploration and healing. In 2018 I founded the Somatic Competence® Yoga Training School within the Institute of Integrated Psychosomatics, a training school for yoga teachers that combines yoga practice with neuroscience and trauma psychology, offering tools for more conscious teaching based on somatic listening. In addition, in 2022 I graduated as a Sex Educator at AISPA (Italian Association of Sexology and Applied Psychology), expanding my skills in the field of sexuality education with a scientific and inclusive approach. I am deepening my journey as a sexual consultant in training, to offer increasingly complete tools in the field of sexuality education and the relationship between body and emotions. I offer yoga sessions dedicated to women with problems in the pelvic area, such as chronic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, muscle tension or difficulties related to body perception. I work with an integrated approach, considering the body as a global system in which every part is interconnected: pelvic well-being does not only concern the specific area, but is profoundly influenced by posture, breathing, emotional state and nervous system. Through gentle movements, relaxation techniques and conscious work on the mind-body connection, I help women rediscover a more harmonious relationship with their bodies, improving comfort, mobility and a sense of inner security.
The first therapeutic yoga encounter is a moment of deep listening and welcome. It's a protected space where you can stop, breathe, tell yourself, carry your story as it is. In this first appointment you can bring what you feel important: bodily experiences, recurring emotions, significant events, any genito-pelvic problems and other therapeutic paths that you are following. You can express your desires and needs, and together we will define the first directions, in full respect of your times, your body language and your boundaries. This meeting is the foundation of a tailor-made journey, which is built step by step, in relationship and with care. It's a time to start inhabiting yourself.
I believe in a kind approach, which respects suffering, scientifically informed and accessible, that allows everyone to feel at home in their body and in their experience.
I graduated from Florence in 2011 and continued my obstetric training, also dedicating myself to urogynecological rehabilitation, always integrating work and personal experience, education in awareness and body perception. I was trained in the Resseguier Method, which supports me globally in my obstetric practice. I was also trained in “Neonatal and pregnant aquaticity.” I trained in sexology at the Institute for Research and Training in Sexology in Florence (IRF), then becoming a consultant in sexology. In my obstetric practice, I assist pregnant women and accompany them during childbirth, both in the hospital and at home. I support mothers and their children in the puerperium, in breastfeeding, in caring for the newborn and in their parenting journey. I run a clinic on menstrual and sexual health, and on related problems. At the association La Mia Obstetrica, I take care of pre- and post-natal courses, in order to offer families who are training or expanding complete, quality and personalized support. I also organize group courses and individual meetings on perineal rehabilitation, menstrual and sexual health. The care I offer globally as a midwife is personalized, aimed at listening to and respecting the woman's privacy, encouraging informed choice and welcoming the individuality of the person and family I follow. I place women at the center in every phase of their lives and the right to health connected to them. I am a mother of 5 children and a passionate companion. My family supports and in their own way shares my work as a midwife, always offering me ideas to improve my practice.
During the first visit, we will dedicate ample space to the interview, in order to enter into the relationship as long as necessary, collect any useful physical and emotional information and allow the patient to feel at ease, safe and listened to in every need. Then there will be a time of listening to the body, which involves both a global external evaluation (postural, respiratory, core, perineal...) and then an internal obstetric evaluation of the genital area. The meeting will close with the return of experience and perception by the user, followed by that of the professional, in order to then plan together the continuation of the shared journey.
Hi! I'm Annalisa, a midwife who specializes in pelvic health. I am dedicated to pelvic floor care, menstrual education, sexuality, birth support and parenting with an inclusive approach. I decided to work in a freelance profession to be able to dedicate the necessary time to people who decide to rely on me at every stage of their lives, creating a safe and judgment-free space in which to feel welcomed, listened to, respected and safe. If you are curious to better understand my services and how I work, you can follow me on Instagram at @ostetrica .annalisaveronese!
The evaluation of the pelvic floor is useful in all phases of life for prevention and to treat symptoms such as menstrual pain or intercourse, cystitis or recurrent vaginal infections (at least 3/4 times a year), pee loss (even just a few drops every now and then), hemorrhoids, constipation, difficulty in penetrating and achieving orgasm. In addition, it is always recommended during pregnancy and after delivery to prepare your perineum for delivery, limiting the risk of lacerations, and improving postpartum recovery, avoiding the onset or worsening of symptoms with an important impact on quality of life. The first visit will begin with a series of questions regarding the reason that led you to do a pelvic floor evaluation, your lifestyle, any conditions or pathologies, your gynecological and obstetric history, your sexuality and the way you go to the bathroom. This part can be done online: I'll already be able to get an idea of your situation and give you some practical advice. The ideal would then be to complete the evaluation in person, with a visit that examines the abdomen, the external and internal muscles of the pelvic floor and your degree of awareness and perception of these structures. At this point we will determine together how to structure the next sessions. In any case, I will explain step by step what we are going to do and I will ask you for your consent each time: if you don't feel like addressing some questions or parts of the visit you can let me know and, if you wish, we can resume them in subsequent sessions. In addition to this, I also deal with menstrual health, helping you choose the cup or menstrual device that best suits you and supporting parents or adults on how to talk about menstruation at a very young age. I also support and assist people in preparing for childbirth and parenting for individuals, couples and families.
In my work, as in my life, it is essential for me to be inclusive: you will be listened to, respected and not judged regardless of gender, sexual and romantic orientation, body characteristics and level of ability. I wanted to create an environment where you can feel free to be who you are (or whoever you want) without fear of judgment, helping you to improve your awareness and allow yourself to be kind to yourself.
Gender and Perinatal Psychiatry. I believe in accompanying women in an empathetic and welcoming way, destigmatizing psychiatric pathology, especially in the perinatal environment.
I am a midwife and sex counselor. I am an expert in pelvic floor rehabilitation. I take care of women's well-being at all ages and at all stages of life, from adolescence to menopause. I believe in personalized care and in the therapeutic relationship with women.

The CEMP is a service provided by Pratica Società Cooperativa Sociale ONLUS. A secular private consultancy where each person is much more than the request they bring; where we focus on the expressed and sometimes unexpressed need, being able to count on a team of multidisciplinary operators; where we support freedom of choice by accompanying everyone on their journey. A place, ours, that we want to become yours too.
The CEMP is a type A Social Cooperative. It is a private, secular consultancy authorized by the Lombardy Region since 1981, but founded way back in 1966, when sex education was a mirage and talking about contraception was illegal.
The consultancy is a point of reference for individuals, couples and families, for men and women of any age. It deals with all issues concerning sexuality, prevention, motherhood, relationship life in general, couple or family relationships, medical, psychological or legal problems. It offers many services but first of all a lot of information: from telephone calls to interviews with qualified operators that help us understand what or whom we need. Who direct them to the right structure or expert or continue their assistance by transforming the first information meetings into supportive counseling.
You can go to the CEMP to ask a few questions, to get (free) a brochure, to find the right expert, to consult a book in the library. Or even just to see what it is.
I am a woman, a mother of three children and a midwife with more than ten years of experience. My soul is rebellious and dreamy, and I like to integrate obstetric knowledge with the holistic world. I love to explore the depths of the sensations of the body, mind, emotions and soul, because I believe that each body is a harmony of energies that vibrate in a unique way, influenced by countless factors. The menstrual cycle, in particular, is a powerful tool for celebrating oneself and channeling energies, both to create and to destroy.
Eva in Rosso is an association of multidisciplinary professionals who help you better understand the menstrual cycle and related phenomena, offering comprehensive and multidisciplinary support for the well-being of the body and its changes. During a consultation, you will receive personalized and effective assistance, which may include targeted insights to address your questions and concerns, customized support pathways, and guidance toward the most suitable medical professionals. The goal is to help you better understand yourself, gaining greater awareness of your mind-body system to develop confidence and autonomy in managing everyday situations. The first meeting will be an opportunity to get to know each other: the professional will ask you specific questions and answer yours, with the aim of understanding your needs and jointly identifying the best path to meet them.
Hi, I'm Anna, Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapist and clinical sexologist specialized in atypical sexuality, kink, BDSM and LGBTQIAK+. I deal with adults, teenagers and couples and other relationship configurations. I have completed the first and second levels of training in the Gottman method that I use in clinical work with couples. I am regularly enrolled in the register of psychologists in the Lombardy region (n. 03/17436). I work with people from all over Italy and Europe (but also from the rest of the world) because I prefer online mode. I do my job trying to build a safe space where people, even with lifestyles that are not considered traditional, can explore questions, difficulties or desires related to sexuality, relationships and gender and role identity. I pay particular attention to women victims of any form of violence, accompanying them in building a path of awareness and liberation. My other topic of interest is sexual pain, especially of vulvas and vaginas. I have collaborated with some realities with individual and group consultancy and building a network of trusted network of health professionals that I work with to support women who decide to take a journey with me. I was trained in the diagnosis and treatment of neurodivergences in adulthood (in particular ADHD and I am completing the training course for autism) and a particular sensitivity to the consultative and therapeutic work of couples (or other forms of relationship) with both with one or more neurodivergent partners. In individual psychotherapy, the approach I use focuses on the connections between emotions, thoughts and behaviors. Together we will identify the threads that unite, in your person, these 3 aspects, trying to identify the difficulty, the starting point for change. Your well-being and the improvement of your emotional state will be at the center of our journey, in which you, together with me, will be an active part. Thanks to the work we will do, you will become more aware of yourself by learning to draw on new resources that will help you in difficult times.

I obtained a diploma in osteopathy specializing in gynecology and carrying a thesis on the effectiveness of osteopathic treatment in women who suffer from chronic pelvic pain. I chose to undertake this university course after suffering from vulvodynia, with the aim of making myself useful for women who suffer from it. The first meeting is based on a general interview in which I investigate every aspect of your life, an accurate anamnesis of what your journey has been so far.
Hi! My name is Chiara Mogliazza and I am a midwife specialized in Pelvic Health and Breastfeeding. I specifically deal with pelvic floor hypertension and help you resolve menstrual or intercourse pain, cystitis and recurrent infections.
Regarding the pelvic floor, the evaluation of the pelvic floor lasts an hour and a half, and consists of two parts: the anamnesis and the “real” examination, external and internal. The anamnesis can be taken online and the ideal is to complete it with an in-person visit.
How does it work? I will ask you a series of specific questions to understand how your body is doing, what type of symptoms you have, what your habits are like in relation to the pelvic floor. External and internal examination: breathing, activation of the abdomen, evaluation of reflexes, mucous membranes and vulva, internal vaginal and rectal examination. Pelvic floor evaluation is the first step in helping you resolve: menstrual and intercourse pain, cystitis and recurrent infections, incontinence, and other symptoms related to intimacy. Pregnancy and postpartum: these are not symptoms, but phases in which evaluation is always indicated! In fact, you can prepare the tissues for delivery, prevent lacerations and take care of yourself again after the birth of your baby (Yes, even if you did or did a C-section and yes, even if you gave birth months or years ago!)
In addition to this, I support dyads and families during pregnancy and postpartum, breastfeeding and breastfeeding, through preparation courses, courses to prepare the perineum for childbirth and dedicated consultations. Finally, I take care of birth scars, from spontaneous lacerations, episiotomy, or caesarean section.
Find me on Instagram, on my @ceraunavulva page, if you want to take a look at my services and learn more!
Gepo offers new parents the opportunity to experience group moments, in which it is possible Confronting other new mothers and new dads who are facing the same path: this is how we create a natural peer support network, greater awareness and a relationship of trust between people who share emotions, doubts and efforts that are very similar to each other. The meetings that are already active are:
I am Dr. Veronica Camandona, Psychologist and Specialist in Interactionist Psychotherapy. I work with various reception and psychological support organizations, including anti-violence centers, where I provide support to women victims of gender violence, and centers in the Milanese and neighboring areas where I design and provide awareness and prevention programs aimed at promoting greater awareness on the issues of discrimination, stereotypes, affectivity, empowerment and social inclusion, aimed at children, adolescents, young adults, women's groups, expectant couples, new parents, parents and the elderly . These experiences have allowed me to develop targeted skills in listening to and managing complex situations related to emotional and relational distress. In a freelance profession, my goal is to offer a welcoming and judgment-free space, where everyone can explore their emotions, thoughts, behaviors, experiences, efforts (relational, decision-making, health-related, work/school, transition such as removals, separations, transitions to new phases of life, grief, addictions...), or structure paths to achieve goals, develop skills and well-being, finding new strategies to improve their quality of life. The path that we build together is not limited to solving the problem, but also to encouraging personal growth, self-acceptance and the enhancement of one's uniqueness.
I studied midwifery and graduated in 2012 then I did a master's degree in perineal rehabilitation at the elementary art school of midwifery art in Florence, which ended in 2015. I have been working with women for about 10 years, helping them to become aware of their intimate muscles and guiding them in regaining well-being without medication and respecting their bodies. During pregnancy, I follow women from preconception and then accompany them into the world of parenting. I help all women to regain healthy and painless periods with personalized itineraries aimed at rediscovering their cyclicity.
During the first meeting, the priority will be to understand your needs. I will ask you to tell me about your experiences, the symptoms you have noticed and how they affect your daily and/or sports life. We will have a chat to evaluate together your general state of health and the situation of your pelvic floor, without judgment or pressure. I'll explain to you how the pelvic floor works, why there might be a dysfunction, and how we can work together to manage it. At the end of the first meeting, I will give you an idea of the path we could take: the goals we could achieve together, the first exercises to do or any practical indications to improve your well-being. You can ask anything you want to know, without embarrassment. I am here to clarify any doubts and to put you at ease. My values: Empathy and listening, to meet your needs. Empowerment to help you regain confidence in your body. Professionalism, guaranteeing personalized and updated rehabilitation programs.
Hi! My name is Rebecca, I am a psychologist registered with the Lombardy Order of Psychologists and certified as a consultant in sexology after post-university training in Clinical Sexology at the Bicocca University of Milan. I currently work as a clinical psychologist and sex therapist in Milan and I deal with adults, couples and teenagers. My work revolves around people's well-being, with a particular focus on the challenges and needs of the LGBTQIA+ community. I am responsible for accompanying those who are looking for a safe space to explore their questions, difficulties or desires related to sexuality, gender identity and relationships, with particular attention and sensitivity to trans people. During my university and post-university education, I specifically explored sexuality within the couple and female sexual desire, to which I also dedicated my master's research thesis. In parallel, I had the opportunity to create and run free listening desks for women, to offer support and listening in a safe and judgment-free environment. In these spaces, I have also dealt with taking charge of delicate situations, such as those related to violence. I deeply believe in the importance of therapeutic support that embraces complexity, that knows how to truly respond to the needs of those who often cannot be listened to in more traditional settings. I have worked as a sexual and emotional educator at schools and groups of girls of different cultures, backgrounds, ages and genders, in Milan and in foreign countries such as Tanzania and Bolivia. Through these paths, I dealt with dissemination and research, and with implementing my personal approach that combined scientific notions with an emotional and relational orientation, with the involvement of body work and role-playing games and the support of images, videos, social networks. I have also completed specific training courses to work in humanitarian settings and with cultures different from mine, becoming a sex educator in English, with a preparation aimed at dealing with the needs of different contexts. This specialization has allowed me to have unique experiences, such as supporting people with HIV in Tanzania or working with young people with disabilities. Outside of my profession, I dedicate a lot of time to my other passions: I am certified as a 118 first aid operator at AREU and for seven years I have been in ambulance service at an association in Milan; I am also dedicated to singing and music, Latin American dance, skiing, diving, traveling and books!
